Lauren Westwood is a Senior Leader with Tropic Skincare. 

She is passionate about the brand and absolutely adores the products!

A beautician with 25 years experience, she loves to educate people on how they can achieve their healthiest skin. She runs skincare workshops, 1:1 consultations and even has a 'Borrow Bag' scheme where you can 'try before you buy',  as she wants people to have the opportunity to experience the products in the comfort of their own home. 

Although it was never the plan she naturally stepped into a leadership role, building a large successful team of Ambassadors. She loves to support them,  leading by example with a 'feel the fear and do it anyway' attitude!

Lauren works her Tropic journey around her family of 5 and is married to a very supportive husband! When she's not working, she loves to get outside in nature and go on family adventures and holidays. And in spare time, more self care of course!

Back in 2022 Lauren attended her first Sisterhood networking meeting and was hooked! She took to it like a duck to water and quickly realised that she wanted to offer support to all women in business.

So when the franchise opportunity arose in 2023 she immediately knew she wanted to bring The Sisterhood to her local area of Thurrock. She launched in the November and has seen huge success! She's excited to grow her meetings in the area and introduce more women to relaxed and informal networking.
