The Sisterhood....In Session

With Simone Isaacs.....Founder Of She Sea Swims

Sarah Ridge Season 1 Episode 6

Thanks so much for listening! I’d love to hear from you!!

Simone is a 52 year old mother of two who lives (and loves!) to swim in the sea. She is passionate about the benefits of cold, and in the summer warm water swimming and isn't embarrassed to say she spends most of her time talking about it or doing it!!

She grew up on the South Coast and most days were spent on the beach. But it wasn't until she moved to Leigh-on-sea in Essex that her real passion for swimming began to grow.

She has recently set up She Sea Swims offering bespoke sessions, talks and presentations, team building activities, 1-1 sessions, short courses and anything else you should require based around cold water swimming.

The benefits are wide ranging from improving your mental health and easing menopause symptoms to physical ailments and long term health issues.

She also advocates for small groups to come together to reduce social isolation and can facilitate this too.
