Sarah Knight is an award-winning human skills and leadership coach, trainer, facilitator and workplace culture consultant. She’s a behaviour changemaker, a business, performance and resilient mindset coach helping individuals and organisations develop success mindsets embedding positive behaviours for change.

Sarah is a huge advocate for women in business and has led, spearheaded and facilitated many global Women in Business programmes. She owns the Ministry of Midlife platform and is also the host of the globally recognised Empower Women programme at Raise The Bar.

Combining a career in communications consultancy and performance coaching, Sarah brings her background in board level marketing and communication strategy to her expertise in behavioural science, emotional intelligence and resilience to teach, train, nurture and coach individuals to lead themselves forward.
