Charlotte is an Organisational Culture Specialist and life coach with a passion for purpose-driven leadership, psychological safety, and cross-cultural communication. 

With a background in business psychology, transformational coaching and a deep understanding of workplace dynamics, she helps individuals and organisations build cultures that last. Rooted in clarity, inclusion, and intentional impact. 

Known for her engaging presence and thought-provoking insights, Charlotte empowers audiences to rethink success, reconnect with their purpose, and lead with legacy in mind.

From a young age, Charlotte was drawn to making people feel good,  first through performance, attending dance school and studying theatre at university. Her early career in teaching and education was rooted in a desire to help others fulfil their potential, but it wasn’t until she moved into global experiential events that she found a deeper connection to purpose: creating powerful, feel-good experiences that left lasting impact. 

Working with global brands, Charlotte noticed a disconnect between wellbeing and work, especially how people were often overloaded with information but lacked the belief or energy to implement real change. 

Born in Cornwall, with a deep appreciation for nature, the sea, and mental health, she recognised the need to bring more humanity and purpose into professional spaces. Retraining in coaching, organisational psychology, and behavioural modalities, she now partners with leading brands and individuals worldwide,  helping them build confidence, connection, communication and success, all grounded in purpose and legacy. 

Her work ensures people lead and live in ways that feel meaningful, sustainable, and deeply motivating.
