Jess Ratty is a communicator and entrepreneur with a thirst for life, an absolute yes person and a passion for working with innovative thinkers and change makers.
Jess founded Halo PR and Communications in 2018 after a background which includes working her way up at Cornwall's Eden Project, being a key player in the launch and growth of Crowdfunder and inspiring thousands with a viral LinkedIn video and her own Ted Talk.
She also co founded and successfully sold The Cornwall Camper Company, made friends with Richard Branson's Virgin team, prolific UK business leader and entrepreneur, Professor Adam Beaumont, Richard Browning of Gravity Industries and handfuls more of incredibly impressive business founders along the way.
Jess loves embracing business life, being outdoors, surfing and spreading her enthusiasm for not leaving the coastal dream for the big city lights whilst still managing to run a hugely successful company working with some groundbreaking companies and brands.
The world of business is where Jess comes into her own and loves to be, she is everyone's cheerleader and making that passion into her business comes naturally to her.
