Lizi Jackson is a bestselling author, multiple TEDx speaker and the founder of "Your Business. Upgraded." - where ambitious business owners turn when they’re ready for more.

Lizi helps experienced entrepreneurs upgrade how they think, lead and grow. She’s known for saying what others won’t, spotting what others miss, and helping business owners create the kind of growth that feels energising, not exhausting.

Her approach combines clarity, courage and grounded strategy - no gimmicks, no fluff, just practical partnership that gets businesses moving again - so their results, income and reputation finally match what they’re capable of.

She never planned to be a coach or a speaker. Her first career was in teaching, helping teenagers make sense of who they are and what matters to them. Then, at 40, everything changed - Lizi lost all her hair to alopecia. What could have broken her confidence ended up becoming the making of it. She chose visibility over fear, and that choice became the foundation for everything she's done since.

Lizi built a coaching business from scratch, helping people to leverage confidence as a tool to stop playing small and start owning their value. Over time, that work evolved - because confidence turned out not to be the end goal, but the fuel to get there. Now, through "Your Business. Upgraded.", she partners with experienced entrepreneurs who’ve built something good but know they’re capable of more. Together, she helps them refine, refocus and upgrade how they think, lead and grow.

Along the way, she has also discovered that she's autistic and ADHD, which has shaped how she works and understands success. And as a mum to neurodivergent teenage twins, her family life constantly reminds her that the most powerful growth comes when we stop trying to fit into boxes and start leading in a way that’s unapologetically our own.
