Steph Grainger is a Therapeutic Mentor and has been supporting women since 2010. She helps them to reconnect to all that they are and desire to be, by walking beside them as they turn their pain into power, embracing all of their truths.
She considers herself a Sherpa, well versed in what may come as a result of change, and whilst her clients are the ones bravely facing all that they need to in order to make the changes they desire, Steph guides them on a path she has walked before and can navigate with subjectivity and with a different perspective.
She does this by using a powerful set of life transforming interventions and techniques to understand, break down and resolve the things we think, do, and say, in order to change perception, improve her client’s life and ultimately support them to live the life they desire.
We’ve all heard of collateral damage—the painful aftermath of life’s hardest moments. But what if we flipped the script? What if instead, we looked at Collateral Beauty?
For Steph, this idea became life-changing. Every experience—whether joyful or devastating—has shaped who she is today. From personal loss, divorce, and career challenges, to moments of love, joy, and success, she's learnt that we can’t erase our past, but we can choose how it defines us.
That’s the message she shares with her clients and audiences: the power of reframing life’s events, even the hardest ones, and finding beauty in the resilience, strength, and vulnerability they leave behind.
